FHIRPlace

Trusted Communication

A place to put your FHIR and clear away the smoke. Although the FHIR protocol is the global standard format for clinical messaging, nothing in the protocol guarantees that the content of a bundled message is meaningful and correct for a clinical process. By sitting between your data and those who need to use it, the FHIRPlace enables IT systems to exchange clinical data safely with an audit trail and guarantee of message content and format.

Every query that the FHIRPlace accepts and every record it returns are guaranteed to conform to a pre-agreed bundle schema; there is no room for misinterpretation.

Sensible international data standards can be enforced as default. For example, loose FHIR data formats such as date fields can be kept ISO 8601 compliant.

The FHIRPlace is currently under development in response to a very real need. Unai is actively seeking the views and experiences of the community to help shape this technology.

Powered by SNOMED CT, Crosswalk is the gateway to a world of correctly connected clinical data, easily audited and easily understood. It is the new way to automate the safe lifting of clinical data from one coding system to another.

Crosswalk is a clean & modern OpenAPI resource with a simple, unified API and schema. With 11 commonly used vocabularies and backed by a constantly updated data service and API, Crosswalk enables you to access all data the same way, regardless of source.
